Who we are 

We are a group of psychologists with a range of skills and experiences in working with individuals, couples, families and services within the statutory and voluntary sector. We have an unshakeable belief in people. We have witnessed incredible journeys that people have made when the circumstances support them. We have also been professionally frustrated by the barriers that are sometimes created or stand unopposed by the systems and frameworks that we have been living and working in. We're passionate about supporting individuals, couples, families, communities and organisations to connect and to promote psychological wellbeing in its widest sense. We do this with a family focus, even when working with individuals, in the belief that we do not exist in isolation; we have an impact on those around us as much as they do on us. 

We're really keen to keep learning and developing in relationship with those around us, co-facilitating new ways of understanding what is needed and what is possible.
